Speaker Session(s):

Business executives continue to question the contribution of continued investment in IT capabilities to the success of business strategy. The leap from strategy to IT investment is large; it undermines business confidence in the strategic value of IT. Business architecture blueprints close this gap: they build compelling business cases for strategic investments in IT capabilities.

Participants will understand:

* How business architecture blueprints align business strategy, operations and IT capabilities
* How to apply business architecture blueprints to build business-driven solution architectures
* How to use these blueprints to generate roadmaps that deliver business strategy.
